Refund policy
A. Right of Withdrawal
Introduction Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
Right of Withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have/has taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Björn Möser, www.graspmonkey.de, Am Park 37, 25336 Klein Nordende, Germany, Tel.: +49 4121 7897961, Email: info@graspmonkey.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking the condition, properties, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
General Notes
- Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. If possible, return the goods to us in their original packaging along with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
- Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
- Please note that the above points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
