Robotiq gripper on Dobot robots – this is how it works

Do you use a Dobot industrial robot and want to combine it with a Robotiq gripper? No problem: Dobot uses the same interface as the Fanuc CRX – therefore, the Robotiq kits for Fanuc CRX are directly compatible.

Hardware

With the appropriate adapter kit (Female → Male Wrist Coupling), the gripper can be easily mounted on the robot's wrist.

software

Dobot provides its own software component that allows you to control the Robotiq grippers in Dobot Studio.
