The Inspire Robots RH5DG2 is a sophisticated, dexterous robotic hand with 13 degrees of freedom and 18 joints, designed for demanding manipulation tasks in humanoid robotics and research.

The RH5DG2 from Inspire Robots is a state-of-the-art 5-finger robotic hand (release December 2025) with 13 degrees of freedom and 18 joints. It offers human-like dexterity, enabling complex gripping and manipulation tasks. With 8 integrated tactile sensors (capacitive), the hand receives differentiated feedback on contact forces. The fingertip force is 10 N (thumb: 20 N), with a repeatability of ±0.2 mm. The metal housing ensures robustness in continuous operation. Communication is via EtherCAT in combination with RS485 or CAN FD.
