ROBOTIQ - Hand-E Gripper 100 mm

The Robotiq Hand-E with 100 mm stroke is a precise, adaptive 2-finger gripper for a wide range of parts and demanding industrial environments.

The Hand-E by Robotiq is a robust, electric 2-finger gripper specially developed for applications with high demands on precision and reliability. The version with an adjustable stroke of up to 100 mm covers a significantly larger gripping range than the 50 mm model, thus enabling the handling of a wide variety of workpieces without needing to change the gripper. With a payload of up to 7 kg and a repeatability of 0.025 mm, it is equally suitable for precision assembly, machine tending, and pick-and-place.

The fully enclosed IP67-rated housing protects against dust, coolant, and moisture, ensuring the gripper operates reliably even in CNC machine tending and harsh industrial environments. Its ergonomic shape facilitates manual guidance, while interchangeable fingertips and custom fingers allow for adaptation to almost any component. Two Hand-Es can be operated on one robot to reduce cycle times.

Position, speed, and gripping force are programmed via a unified interface. Automatic part detection, position feedback, and part validation increase process reliability in automated workflows. Plug-and-play kits are available for Universal Robots, OMRON, and all major cobot brands; other robots can be connected via industrial communication protocols. For research and AI-powered manipulation, ROS 2 packages as well as support for NVIDIA Isaac Sim are available.
