SMC's ZXP7 vacuum gripper unit is a plug-and-play system for collaborative robots that enables versatile handling through easy installation and customizable suction cups.

It has been specifically designed for use with collaborative robots and enables quick and easy installation. The flange complies with ISO 9409-1-50-4-M6. A vacuum generator, a vent valve and a pressure sensor are integrated. With a maximum payload of 7 kg and a vacuum generation of up to −84 kPa, the gripper is suitable for a wide range of applications in automation, including the handling of sensitive materials. The unit is compatible with Universal Robots, Omron, Techman and other leading brands. It also offers customizable suction cup options that can be flexibly selected depending on the material and shape, which expands the application possibilities. The plug-and-play functionality significantly reduces setup time and increases operational efficiency.
