- Custom-made Gripper Fingers: Individually tailored fingers optimally designed for your product (3D-printed in Onyx, reinforced with fibers if needed).
- Remote Support: 90 minutes of expert support from a grasp monkey application engineer to assist with setup and commissioning.
- Storage and Transport Container: A durable container with operational labeling for secure storage and easy transport.
- Pneumatic Valve and Maintenance Unit
- Pneumatic Hose (20m)
- Straps for Securing Pneumatic Hoses to the Robot Arm
The SMC RMHZ2 pneumatic gripper is ideal for collaborative robot applications. With a holding force of up to 72.2 N (internal) and 54.2 N (external) and an opening/closing stroke of 14 mm, the RMHZ2 offers excellent precision and stability when handling workpieces. The flange conforms to ISO 9409-1-50-4-M6 and can be used with a wide range of robot brands, including Universal Robots, FANUC and Yaskawa. It is compact and lightweight, weighing just 638 g. The built-in solenoid valve control and the ability to integrate signal transmitters make the RMHZ2 easy to install and versatile. The robust construction and dust-proof design make it suitable for industrial environments.
